About the event

Join Michael Peck for an immersive online series designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and reset your nervous system through the powerful practices of Yin Yoga and Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®). This 4-part series comprises 60-75 minute sessions crafted to provide deep relaxation and support the body's natural ability to discharge tension, regulate the nervous system, and improve resilience to stress.


In this series, we'll begin with a short meditation, move into some grounding Yin Yoga poses, focusing on deep, passive stretches that allow you to release tightness in the connective tissues. The Yin poses encourage stillness, patience, and breath awareness, promoting relaxation and preparing the body for deeper work.

Following the Yin practice, we’ll transition into TRE® – a series of gentle, guided exercises developed to safely trigger the body's natural shaking and tremoring mechanism, which helps release stored tension and trauma in the body. TRE® is effective for stress reduction, relaxation, and restoring a sense of calm and ease and cultivating a regulated nervous system. TRE® can be used to support the recovery from inflammatory illnesses, auto-immune conditions and other stress-related physical, mental and emotional conditions. As an experienced and Certified TRE® Provider and facilitator, Michael understands that everyone's journey is unique. He is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for you to explore these transformative practices.


This series is open to all levels, including beginners. It’s ideal for anyone seeking tools to manage stress, support emotional balance, and experience a renewed sense of well-being.
