About the event

A 2 hour workshop led by Certified TRE Provider, Michael Peck, at Soma hŌṃe (N16) on the revolutionary trauma release process created by Dr. David Berceli. Learn how to shake and tremor to release pent up stress and tension stuck in the body and reset your nervous system. 

TRE is a modality that taps into the innate wisdom of our bodies, guiding us towards physical, mental, and emotional balance and wellbeing. Just like animals naturally release stress by shaking and trembling, Mike will teach you how to access this natural ability within yourself. Life's challenges often lead to anxiety, stress, and worry, causing us to lose touch with our ability to recalibrate and move forward. In this workshop, you will learn valuable tools to self-regulate and navigate these intense sensations.

Throughout the session, Mike will create a safe, supportive environment for a small group, encouraging open discussions and sharing of experiences. You will explore how shaking and tremoring can unlock and reset reflexes and habits stored within your central nervous system.
