Cancellation Policy

To protect my practice and income, I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. This allows enough time to cancel bookings and cover my time, as well as ensuring others can access my services. Cancellations with insufficient notice: A £15 fee will be taken for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 6 hours notice, the full session fee will be due. Late arrivals: Please be aware that if you arrive late, your session may be shortened so I can accommodate other clients. No-shows: If you are more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and the full session fee will be due. Rebooking for short-notice cancellations: If you need to cancel at short notice due to extraordinary circumstances, I offer a rebooking option for a fee of £15. This can be done with up to 1 hour’s notice by replying to your confirmation email. The rebooking fee must be paid at the time of rebooking. I reserve the right to refuse rebooking if necessary. Refunds: In the event that a refund is required, I will process it within 24 hours. Depending on your payment method, the refund may take 7-10 days to be processed by your payment provider. Please allow this time before reaching out about the status of your refund. Once I’ve initiated the refund, the processing time is beyond my control. Thank you for your cooperation.
